About the Seasonal Position The Seasonal Sales Assistant role will run from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. The position has been created to support the GALXBOY team during peak trade when stores experience increased customer traffic and higher sales activity. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in retail sales, customer service, fashion, visual merchandising and E Commerce related retail processes. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive and engaging shopping experience. You will represent the GALXBOY brand and contribute to creating an energetic and welcoming store environment. You will develop strong product knowledge and become familiar with the different styles, fits, fabrics and new product releases available in store. You will assist customers with product selection, fashion advice and styling recommendations based on their needs and preferences. The role will also involve maintaining the presentation of the store and ensuring that merchandise is displayed according to the required visual merchandising standards. You will be expected to work quickly and accurately, particularly during busy trading periods. The position may involve using technology and digital retail systems, so candidates should be comfortable working with technology. You will also need to remain professional and customer focused during busy periods, including queues, high customer traffic and extended trading hours.
