Key Duties and Responsibilities The Quality Assurance Graduate will assist the team with the following responsibilities: Software Testing: Execute manual software testing activities for routine business requirements and project-related initiatives. Test Preparation: Prepare and perform manual test scenarios and test cases to verify that systems work as expected. Defect Identification: Identify, document and track software defects through the appropriate reporting channels. Defect Investigation: Work with relevant stakeholders to investigate system issues and support the resolution of identified defects. Quality Analysis: Analyse testing results to identify recurring problems, quality concerns and opportunities for improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate testing records, document outcomes and communicate progress on assigned testing activities.
