Key Responsibilities The Retail Buying Intern will assist the buying team with various administrative, operational and retail-related activities. Responsibilities include: Supporting the division with administrative functions related to buying and order processing. Supporting Buyers with buying processes and conducting relevant checks. Checking customer reviews, links and newsletters. Managing customer queries and escalating issues when necessary. Assisting with day-to-day stock management activities. Processing customer orders. Handling stock classification. Assisting with catalogue-related queries. Communicating with stakeholders by phone and through written communication. Identifying and resolving issues proactively. Coordinating and liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and orders. Supporting the wider buying team with tasks required for smooth daily operations.
