Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Intern in Consulting & Customer Advisory, your daily activities will include:
Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to support data transformations, algorithm development, and predictive modeling.
Translating raw customer data into actionable business intelligence using SAS technologies.
Participating in specialized technical and soft-skills training modules designed to enhance your professional development.
Working on live customer advisory projects, tackling real business problems across financial, analytics, and risk domains.
Engaging actively in peer networking and collaborative problem-solving within a supportive hybrid team environment.
Qualifications & Academic Requirements
Applicants must hold or be completing an Undergraduate Degree, Honours, or Master's Degree in one of the following academic fields:
Data Science / Analytics
Computer Science
Mathematics / Statistics
Actuarial Sciences / Risk Management
Economics
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for consideration, candidates must satisfy all of the following requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen with a valid South African ID document.
Age Limit: Must be 30 years old or younger.
Start Date: Must be fully available to start the 12-month, full-time program on 1 February 2027.
Experience Level: Must have no significant prior work experience and must not have participated in a previous graduate or internship program.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Work Setup: Ability to work in a Hybrid operational model out of the Johannesburg office.
