Santam is looking for exceptional young talent between the ages of 22 and 30 who are motivated to develop their careers and make a meaningful contribution to the organisation. Applicants must have no more than one year of work experience. Candidates must also hold a relevant degree in one of the following fields. Finance, Commerce or Risk Computer Science, Data Science or Information Systems Actuarial Science or Mathematical Statistics Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Law Applicants who have completed postgraduate qualifications such as an Honours degree are also welcome to apply.
