About the Internship Sage is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Retention & Renewals Intern to join its sales team in South Africa. The internship provides practical experience in customer retention, renewals, sales support and customer service while working in a professional technology environment. As a Renewals Advisor, you will help maintain revenue, support customer retention and contribute to service excellence while working with different teams across the business. Key Responsibilities As a Retention & Renewals Intern, you will assist with: Communicating professionally with customers via telephone and email. Capturing customer interactions and information accurately on the system. Managing incidents, escalations and call requirements within required timelines. Ensuring cancellation categories are correctly captured and updated. Completing administrative and data requirements. Processing downgrade forms and re-invoice requests. Assisting with contract acceptance and related processes. Supporting annual channel renewals and customer retention activities. Providing customers with product information and updates. Identifying and referring potential leads to the relevant department. Minimum Requirements Applicants must have: Grade 12 / Matric certificate. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management or a relevant qualification. No previous working experience. Not previously completed an internship or graduate programme.
