This program provides invaluable practical workplace experience as you work towards achieving the Occupational Certificate. You'll make a difference by: Conducting quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished products. Supporting testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Assisting with the investigation of non-conformances and process deviations. Collecting, analysing, and reporting quality data and performance trends. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Participating in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product and process quality. Your success is grounded in: A Grade 12 / NQF Level 3 qualification with Mathematical Literacy; or an Occupational Certificate: Quality Inspector (NQF Level 3) with relevant exposure. Enrollment in or completion of an Occupational Certificate: Quality Controller (SAQA ID: 117309) will be advantageous. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 24 years. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality excellence. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Effective communication and report-writing skills. A proactive mindset, strong accountability, and willingness to learn. You'll benefit from: Practical exposure to quality inspections, testing, and validation processes.
