About the IT Graduate Role
NMG Benefits is looking for 2 IT Graduates to join its team in Johannesburg.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing first-line technical and user support across the Zoho ecosystem. The role involves assisting users with system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, managing support tickets and working with Zoho support when technical incidents need to be escalated.
This is an opportunity for an IT graduate or suitably qualified candidate to gain practical experience in a professional business environment while developing skills in IT support, CRM systems, troubleshooting, user training and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
System and User Support
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Acting as the first point of contact for users with Zoho-related queries and technical issues.
Receiving, logging and managing IT support tickets.
Ensuring user queries and support requests are addressed within appropriate timeframes.
Diagnosing system issues and identifying possible root causes.
Resolving technical and system issues where possible.
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
Liaising with Zoho support when incidents require further technical assistance.
Monitoring support requests to ensure they are followed up and resolved.
Providing regular reports on support queries and issues.
Identifying trends in support requests and response times.
User Enablement and Training Support
The role will also involve helping users understand and effectively use the Zoho systems.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting users with system navigation.
Providing guidance on basic Zoho functionality.
Supporting the onboarding of new users.
Assisting with user training and system familiarisation.
Helping users understand common system processes and workflows.
Developing and maintaining user guides.
Creating and updating frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Maintaining knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Continuous Improvement
The successful candidates will contribute to improving the overall user experience by:
Identifying recurring technical and system-related issues.
Monitoring common user challenges and support requests.
Working with system administrators and implementation teams to address recurring problems.
Helping identify opportunities to prevent repeated system issues.
Staying informed about relevant Zoho system updates and changes.
Sharing relevant system updates and information with users where required.
Contributing to improvements in IT support processes and documentation.
Minimum Qualification
Applicants should have:
A relevant qualification or certification in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems or a related field.

Ideal Candidate
NMG Benefits is looking for graduates who are interested in building a career in IT support, systems support, CRM administration or related technology fields.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with users, solving technical problems and learning new systems. You should be able to manage multiple requests, communicate professionally and remain organised when dealing with different priorities.
Knowledge or experience with Zoho, CRM platforms, helpdesk systems or business software would be beneficial, although the role is focused on developing strong practical skills in system and user support.
