OUTsurance is offering a 12-month HR Recruitment Internship at their head office in Centurion. This structured work-based program gives unemployed graduates hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and CV screening to interview coordination and onboarding—within a Top Employer certified company. Key Responsibilities: Post job advertisements on internal platforms and external job boards. Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn. Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants against specific role requirements. Conduct initial telephone screening calls with prospective candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular candidate communication and provide application status updates. Update recruitment trackers and maintain accuracy in candidate databases. Prepare interview packs and manage recruitment documentation. Assist with the onboarding processes for new hires. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric qualification. Completed Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law, LLB, Generic Management, Business Management, or a related field. South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years. Currently unemployed (for at least the last 2 months). Must not have previously participated in an INSETA internship or learnership.
