The Olifants Catchment Management Agency (OCMA) is inviting applications for three (3) HR Clerk Production positions within the Human Resource Management Division in Polokwane.
This is an excellent entry-level government opportunity for candidates with Grade 12 who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and public sector administration. No previous work experience is required.

Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification

Basic financial operating systems such as PERSAL, BAS and LOGIS

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing human resource clerical and administrative services to the Olifants Catchment Management Agency.
Duties will include:
Implementing Human Resource administration practices
Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
Supporting the administration of advertisements and appointments
Processing transfers and verification of qualifications
Providing secretariat support during interviews
Assisting with absorptions and probationary periods
Implementing conditions of service and employee benefits
Processing leave, housing, medical, injury on duty and long-service matters
Assisting with overtime, relocation, pension, allowances and PILIR matters
Implementing termination of service processes
Supporting performance management activities
Responding to HR administration enquiries
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Implementing appointments on the HR system
Keeping HR filing records up to date
Maintaining the component's asset register
Providing HR registry services
Updating and maintaining employee personnel files
Issuing personnel files to relevant managers when requested
Ensuring personnel files are returned in accordance with HR policies
Compiling reports on the movement of personnel files
