Key Responsibilities As a Young Professional in the Manufacturing division, your daily scope will include: Assisting cross-functional teams with operational efficiency, continuous improvement projects, and production line optimization. Applying academic principles to solve live manufacturing and business challenges. Collaborating with senior engineers, business analysts, and plant management on strategic deliverables. Participating actively in technical training modules, performance reviews, and operational audits. Eligible Fields of Study Applications are open to graduates from the following academic disciplines: Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Logistics & Supply Chain Management Human Resources / Law / Business Management Minimum Requirements & Eligibility To qualify for consideration, applicants must strictly meet all of the following criteria: Qualification: Must hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in one of the approved disciplines listed above. Academic Performance: Must have achieved an overall academic average of 65% or higher. Completion Status: Applicants must have fully completed their studies at the time of application (students awaiting final results/graduations who have not concluded requirements will not be considered). Age Limit: Must be between 18 and 35 years old. Work Arrangement: Willing and able to work On-site full-time at the Silverton Plant in Pretoria.
