Exxaro Resources is inviting applications for its Human Resource Management Internship at the Belfast Coal Business Unit in Belfast, Mpumalanga. This 24-month internship is an opportunity for qualifying Human Resource Management graduates to gain practical workplace experience and develop their professional skills in the mining industry. Applicants with a National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management are encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to participate in and perform according to the requirements of the internship training programme. Responsibilities will include maintaining personal performance in line with the prescribed training programme and adhering to Exxaro's company rules, policies and regulations. The internship is intended to provide workplace exposure and support the development of practical skills relevant to Human Resource Management.
