About the Graduate in Training Opportunity
The successful candidate will be placed within the Training and Development environment at Peaking GX in Durbanville.
The programme is designed to provide the graduate with practical exposure to the workplace while developing their knowledge and professional capabilities. The incumbent will be afforded both institutionalised and on the job training.
Applicants will go through Eskom's recruitment process and, if successful, may be placed within Eskom Operations across the relevant divisions.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must have a fully completed degree in a relevant field.
The accepted qualifications include a BCom or BA in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Industrial Psychology, or a Bachelor of Education specialising in Adult Learning.
Applicants must also be South African citizens.

Key Responsibilities
The successful Graduate in Training will participate in institutionalised training and on the job training as part of the programme.
