Eris Property Group is inviting applications from qualified graduates for its 2027 Graduate Programme in the property and real estate industry. This 12 month programme is designed to help graduates transition from university into the workplace through practical experience, structured training, mentorship, and exposure to different property related disciplines. Since its establishment in 2010, the Eris Graduate Programme has supported the development of young professionals, with former participants progressing into roles across asset management, property valuations, property development, and environmental, social and governance (ESG). The programme will be based in Sandton, Johannesburg, and is suitable for graduates who want to build a career in property, finance, construction, facilities management, or related fields. Eligible Qualifications Applicants must hold a relevant qualification in one of the following fields: BSc Property Studies (Honours) BSc Quantity Surveying (Honours) BSc Construction Management (Honours) BCom Honours in Property Valuation and Management BTech Facilities Management BCom Finance Graduates with the listed qualifications who are interested in developing their careers within the property industry are encouraged to apply.
