Job Overview Dotsure is offering an HR Internship opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources. The internship is based in George, Western Cape, and provides an opportunity to join the HR and People Team for 12 months. The programme is designed to help graduates apply their academic knowledge in a real business environment, learn from experienced HR professionals and develop practical workplace skills while gaining insight into employee experience and people management. About the Internship Human Resources plays an important role in supporting employees and the wider business. As part of the Dotsure HR and People Team, the successful candidate will gain hands on exposure to a busy, people focused working environment. The internship will provide opportunities to develop practical HR skills, build confidence and apply knowledge gained during university studies to real workplace situations. Interns will learn from experienced professionals and gain insight into how HR contributes to creating a positive employee experience. Minimum Requirements Applicants must have Matric and a completed degree relevant to Human Resources, such as Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or a related HR field. Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old, currently unemployed and South African citizens. Applicants must not have previously participated in an internship programme. Candidates must be willing to work on site in George, Western Cape. Preference will be given to candidates from Employment Equity designated groups. Candidate Profile Dotsure is looking for a candidate who enjoys working with people and understands the importance of handling information with care and confidentiality. The ideal candidate should be organised, approachable and able to communicate effectively.
