About the Graduate Programme The programme provides practical exposure to business operations within DHL Global Forwarding. Key Responsibilities Successful graduates will: Support the delivery of operational processes and daily business activities. Assist with receiving, reconciling, consolidating and processing operational documentation. Maintain operational systems according to established procedures. Perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, reporting and document management. Follow company policies, systems and standard operating procedures. Support colleagues within the operational team. Communicate information accurately and professionally. Resolve routine task-related issues while maintaining effective working relationships. Contribute to service delivery and operational efficiency. Minimum Requirements Applicants must: Be a South African citizen. Be between 20 and 30 years of age. Be currently unemployed. Not be studying at the time of application. Hold a relevant qualification in one of the specified fields. Be willing to work in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.
