Computershare is offering a 12-month Graduate Programme in Johannesburg, Gauteng, for young South African graduates looking to gain practical workplace experience and build a career in the financial services industry.
The programme forms part of the national YES4Youth initiative and provides graduates with structured workplace learning, professional development, mentorship and hands-on experience within a global financial services organisation.
The Computershare Graduate Programme is designed to give newly qualified graduates a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry.
Over the 12-month programme, graduates will gain practical experience through hands-on work, structured learning and professional development. Participants will also receive mentorship, coaching, regular feedback and performance support throughout the programme.
Graduates may gain exposure to different departments and specialist areas across the business, allowing them to develop technical knowledge, business skills and a broader understanding of the financial services industry.

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
Must be between 18 and 34 years old
Must have a valid South African Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognised South African institution
Specific interest in BCom Law, LLB and Business Administration graduates
Must be unemployed
Must not have previously participated in a YES4Youth Programme
Must have an above-average tertiary academic aggregate
Good English communication skills
Good numeracy skills
Competency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team and build professional relationships
