About the ATNS Graduate in Training Programme
The ATNS Support Graduate in Training Programme is designed to provide graduates with an opportunity to successfully transition from university into the professional working environment.
The programme aims to develop graduates into high-performing professionals by providing them with practical workplace exposure, technical development, professional development, mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job training.
Graduates will have the opportunity to gain experience in a professional aviation and aerospace environment and develop skills that can support their long-term career growth.
The programme is also intended to help graduates contribute meaningfully to the South African economy by developing the skills and experience required to become productive professionals.
Programme Duration
The graduate programme will run for 24 months.
During this period, successful candidates will be exposed to:
On-the-job training.
Practical workplace experience.
Technical development.
Professional development.
Mentorship.
Coaching.
Structured graduate development.
Exposure to a professional working environment.
The progress and development of graduates will be monitored throughout the 24-month programme.
Potential Permanent Employment

Minimum Requirements

Must be a South African citizen.
Must have completed a relevant degree or diploma-level qualification.

Must have no more than one year of full-time work experience in their field of study since graduating.
Must be computer literate.
