About the Programme
Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is inviting applications from suitably qualified graduates for its Support Graduate in Training Programme 2026, with an opportunity within the Governance, Risk and Compliance – Ethics Section.
The programme is designed to help graduates successfully transition from university into the world of work by providing practical workplace exposure, on-the-job training, mentorship and professional development.

Graduate Opportunity: Ethics Section
The Governance, Risk and Compliance Graduate in Training Programme in the Ethics Section is suited to graduates with an LLB Degree who are interested in developing their knowledge and experience in areas related to ethics, governance, compliance and organisational practices.
Successful candidates will receive exposure to the workplace while benefiting from structured mentorship, coaching, technical development and professional growth opportunities.

Applicants must have:
An LLB Degree
A completed degree or diploma-level qualification relevant to the programme
Computer literacy
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the programme, applicants must:
Be a South African citizen
Have no more than one year of full-time work experience in their field of study since graduating
Have completed the required degree or diploma-level qualification
Be computer literate
