About the Internship Apex Group is offering a 12-month Internship Programme in Johannesburg for graduates looking to gain practical workplace experience and establish their careers within a global financial services organisation. The programme places successful candidates within different divisions of Apex Fund Services South Africa, providing valuable exposure to a professional working environment and the opportunity to develop practical skills. Interns will receive a 12-month contract and a monthly stipend. At the end of the programme, interns who meet Apex's recruitment requirements may apply for available permanent vacancies within the organisation. While permanent employment is not guaranteed, the programme has provided opportunities for previous interns to transition into permanent positions. Fields of Study The internship is aimed at graduates who have completed a degree in one of the following fields: Accounting Finance Information Technology (IT) Investment Human Resources (HR) Legal Marketing Equivalent relevant qualifications Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on the department where the intern is placed. Interns will be expected to: Contribute to a culture of quality and excellence. Maintain awareness of operational risks. Follow applicable compliance standards and procedures. Adhere to operational controls and company policies. Support the assigned department with relevant administrative and operational duties. Work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders. Apply academic knowledge within a professional workplace environment. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required deadlines. Minimum Requirements Applicants must: Have completed a relevant Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing or an equivalent field. Have no previous work experience.
