About the Programme Al Baraka Bank is offering an exciting Sales Graduate Programme for three recent graduates looking to start their careers in the banking and financial services industry. The programme is designed to provide graduates with practical exposure to banking products, sales, client engagement and relationship management while developing the professional and leadership skills needed for a successful career in banking. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive exposure to the Bank's products and services, together with customised internal and external training. The programme also includes mentorship through a Big Brother buddy system, regulatory training and participation in a structured Sales Academy. What You Will Gain During the programme, graduates will develop strong knowledge of banking products and sales processes while gaining practical experience engaging with clients. You will receive mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals and have opportunities to develop your professional and leadership skills. The programme also provides regulatory training covering FICA, Shariah and FAIS, with the opportunity to obtain FAIS accreditation. Graduates will also have the opportunity to travel to Durban, Cape Town and Gauteng when required as part of the programme. The Sales Academy will provide a structured sales development journey designed to help participants build the skills and experience needed for a rewarding career in banking. Requirements Applicants must be recent graduates with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance or Marketing. Candidates should have a strong passion for sales and relationship management, together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidates should be customer focused, results driven and willing to travel when required. Applicants should also demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn, develop and grow within the banking industry.
