Responsibilities will include: IT Support and Troubleshooting Provide first line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 related issues. Assist employees with technical problems and follow up on incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution. IT Service Management Log, monitor, and update support tickets using IT service management tools. Maintain accurate records and ensure that user requests are handled professionally. Hardware and Software Deployment Assist with configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals. Support the testing of new hardware, software, and technology solutions. User Account Administration Assist with user account administration, password resets, access requests, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment allocation and account setup. IT Asset Management Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records to support effective tracking and management of company technology resources. Documentation and IT Projects Update IT documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures. Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Customer Service Provide professional, customer focused technical support to employees while contributing to reliable IT service delivery.
