About the Graduate Programme The 12-month programme offers practical workplace experience, mentorship and exposure to real-world projects across Growthpoint’s property portfolio. Key Responsibilities As a Sustainability and Energy Graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge while contributing to business and sustainability initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analysing business challenges and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, energy efficiency and operational performance. You will assist with preparing reports, presentations, briefings and other business communications to support decision-making. You will contribute to the implementation of strategic recommendations by monitoring progress, reviewing action plans and reporting on outcomes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, project groups and internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Additional responsibilities include participating in meetings and company activities, contributing ideas for continuous improvement, supporting business planning initiatives and taking ownership of your professional development. Minimum Requirements Applicants must have one of the following qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical Engineering. Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering.
