Situated in the picturesque Eastern Cape, between Port Elizabeth and Plettenberg Bay, Moore Jeffreys Bay is perfectly situated to service this ever-growing coastal region. We invite applications for a CA(SA) bursary aimed at university students who require financial assistance and who are serious about completing their academic journey and qualifying as Chartered Accountants.
Minimum Requirements
Have obtained / or currently have a minimum of Level 7 for Mathematics and Accounting (NSC).
An average of 80% for all subjects (NSC).
Participation in a team activity / sport.
If you are a first-year student you must be passing all University modules with an average of at least 65%
If you are a second-year student you must be passing all University modules with an average of at least 60%
Third and fourth year students must be passing all modules consistently with an average of at least 60%
Studying towards a SAICA endorsed qualification in Accounting at a SAICA accredited University
Be a resident of South Africa
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful bursars are expected to engage in vacation work at Moore Jeffreys Bay and contribute to any recruitment opportunities that may arise.
Complete their traineeship contract with MooreJeffreys Bay after the completion of tertiary qualifications.
You will be required to submit the following documentation; proof of South African Citizenship, full academic history, matric results and an updated CV.
