Responsibilities Assist with collecting and organising documents Capture and update information on internal systems Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Provide general administrative support where needed Uphold the company’s values, including treating customers fairly Desire to take part in a structured 12-month learnership for a monthly stipend Receive hands-on training and real-world work experience Receive mentorship from top industry professionals and a shot at permanent placement Requirements Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems Interest in the insurance industry Willingness to learn and adapt to different business areas Unemployed, South African citizens Between the ages of 18 and 35 years Have NOT been on more than one INSETA-funded programme within a 12-month period.
