As a CRM Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to student recruitment, school engagement, lead generation, event coordination, and customer relationship management while developing the skills required to become a successful Customer Relationship Marketer. Successful interns will develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to pursue a career as a Customer Relationship Marketer within Eduvos. Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements A completed qualification in one of the following fields: Marketing Business Management Sales Public Relations Communications Commerce Or a related field Duties and Responsibilities What you'll do As a CRM Intern, you will: Contact and engage with prospective students to support application and enrolment targets. Qualify prospective student leads and assist with building a strong recruitment pipeline. Support customer engagement initiatives and follow up on learner enquiries. Assist with WATI campaigns and ensure learner enquiries are directed to the appropriate sales team members. Capture and maintain accurate learner, school, and customer information using Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Hub, Marketing App and Field Service. Assist with updating school accounts and maintaining high-quality CRM data. Support the planning, coordination and administration of regional and national marketing and recruitment events. Assist with school visits, appointment setting and stakeholder engagement activities. Represent Eduvos as a professional brand ambassador at schools, career exhibitions, presentations and promotional events. Provide administrative support to the Customer Relationship Marketing team.
