Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential); Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Essential); Interest or Exposure to process improvement, data analytics, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or technology-driven optimisation initiatives (Advantageous); Analytical and critical thinking skills; Attention to detail and accuracy; Good verbal and written communication skills; Planning, organising, and time management skills.
