Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Customer Supply Chain consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas: Managing customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export) Handling and respond to all customer requests Follow up back-orders and produce status reports Automotive telephone sales Handling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availability Manage goods return process and credit requests Support sales and marketing in promotional activity Data management (including electronic orders) Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation Support supply chain consultants with Admin functions Retrieve and communicate POD’s for all orders delivered Qualifications Requirements Completed Matric / Grade 12 Degree in supply chain / logistics or related field Additional Information By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer.
