Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH) is inviting eligible students to apply for the 2027 Chartered Accountant (CA) Bursary Programme. This bursary is specifically designed for students who wish to pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant through the Accounting Sciences CA stream at a SAICA-recognised public university. Field of Study: • Accounting Sciences (Chartered Accountant – CA Stream only) Eligibility Requirements: • Must be a South African citizen • Must be an unemployed youth from the Royal Bafokeng Nation • Must be entering 1st year of study in 2027 • Must have been accepted to study Accounting Sciences (CA Stream) at a SAICA-recognised public South African university • Must have achieved: Mathematics Level 5 or higher English Level 5 or higher Accounting Level 5 or higher • Mathematics Literacy and Technical Mathematics will not be considered • Must not receive any other bursary or NSFAS funding in 2027 Required Documents: • Certified South African ID Copy (not older than 3 months) • Proof of Residence (Lekwalo la Kgosana) not older than 3 months • Grade 11 Results • Grade 12 Term 1–3 Results • Certified Matric Certificate (when available) • Proof of Provisional or Final University Acceptance What the Bursary Offers: • Academic funding for Accounting Sciences (CA Stream) • Opportunity to study at an accredited public university • Support towards becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) Important Dates: • Applications Close: 31 July 2026 at 11:59 PM • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 31 August 2026 • If you do not receive feedback by then, please consider your application unsuccessful.
